At The Official Traitors Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tactical fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect match, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our roundtable, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
